Nuisance Cases

High grass, junk cars, trash, etc:
If the offending property is in Sawmills' town limits, the town might be able to help you.

Fill out this form and turn it into Town Hall. The planner will investigate the site within a couple of days. It is normal for a property owner to take more than 30 days to clean up the site (even in high grass season).

Zoning cases:
No permit, setback too close, too many animals, wrong use for the zoning district, etc...
The town may be able to help properties in both the town limits and in the ETJ.
